Does TTD sell locally manufactured products?
TTD only sells products of the highest quality standards. The higher cost of purchase is repaid by lower cost per use or per time period and by the increased output quality. If local manufactured products can meet these standards, TTD will sell those too. In today’s reality we find that in our specialized niche of (cold) logistics containers and dry ice cleaning systems the best products with lowest cost of ownership are still produced overseas by specialized manufacturers with many years of experience and proven track records.

TTD offers an extensive range of products to choose from. TTD will analyse your business challenge and will help you to choose the best product. With our background in the field we are able to provide specialist advice. We also make sure that demo’s and trials are conducted properly. This will help you to justify and proof your investment. Finally, TTD trains the staff and assists you with the implementation.
Does TTD provide warranty for boxes, machines and spare parts?
Warranty on ALL Cold Jet parts is 12 month.
For Insulated Rolls and Containers (Olivo, Saeplast and TFB) the warrant definition is slightly different. These containers do not have moving parts and will not deteriorate over time, apart from wear and tear. In case of initial production errors detected at inspection, we will reimburse those products.
Other after sales service, preventive maintenance and service after warranty has run out?
Cold Jet machines shall be repaired swiftly or if not a replacement machine will be provided. Preventive Maintenance is proposed every 6 months.
Olivo and Saeplast boxes can be repaired. TTD offers maintenance services for these products. Especially for larger fleets this guarantees to avoid fall out and minimize downtime.
Incase machine error during the warranty, what is the proposal?
TTD may decide to repair or to provide full replacement.
Is leasing or renting service available?
Yes, for both containers and Cold Jet machines TTD offers rental and lease options.
